We are pleased to announce that the University of Belgrade has received the HR Excellence in Research Award. By adopting the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers and the Action Plan for Implementation, both in compliance with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the European Code of Conduct for Recruitment, the University of Belgrade has committed itself to a continuous activity of further improvement of the position of its research staff. Activities related to signing the Carter and Code, application submission, as well as preparation of Gap Analysis and the HRS4R with the Action Plan, have been implemented through the Erasmus+ project Enhancement of HE Research Potential Contributing to Further Growth of the WB Region – Re@WBC.
